Step 2: In-person Meet + Plant Visit
If things make clear sense in step 1, a hiring manager will soon reach out to you.
At this point, we request our clients for allowing us to visit their manufacturing plant(s). This helps us in knowing your business from the inside and understanding your staffing requirements in detail.
Step 3: The Vital Discussion
We take our time in keenly listening to your pain points, challenges, current failing approach, problems, requirements, etc. In case a past staffing partner has failed to bring in successful results, we also ask for your input on the same.
Once we have a detailed report of your recruitment hassles, we sit down with you to filter and prioritize your requirements.
This is followed by an extensive presentation that consists of:

As soon as the agreement is in place and markup/bill rates are agreed upon, we then submit our WSIB certificate and start screening candidates.
